1. Overview

At GSTWali, we are committed to providing the most reliable e-commerce GST filing software. We want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This policy details your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests.

2. Refund Eligibility & Window

• Annual & Multi-Month Subscriptions: If you purchase an annual subscription and encounter technical issues or have not utilized the filing quota, you may request a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Single Pass / Used Quota: If a GSTR-1 JSON file has been successfully generated and utilized for the period, the fee is non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refund requests are processed immediately and credited back to the customer's original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Debit/Credit Card via Cashfree Payments) within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
