1. Digital Delivery Only (SaaS)

GSTWali is a 100% digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for e-commerce GST return filing. No physical goods or physical merchandise are shipped to customer addresses.

2. Mode and Timeline of Fulfillment

Upon successful payment completion via our payment aggregator (Cashfree Payments / UPI), account upgrades and subscription filing quotas are activated immediately and electronically. All output deliverables (GSTR-1 JSON files, Excel reports, and audit summaries) are generated locally and available for immediate instant download.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Invoicing

A digital payment confirmation and tax invoice for the software subscription are delivered electronically to the customer's registered email address immediately following transaction approval.
