Myntra Label Cropper — stop cutting A4 labels with scissors

Updated May 10, 2026 • By Arjun at GSTWali • 3 min read

If you sell on Myntra, you already know the problem. The Partner Portal gives you shipping labels as full-page A4 PDFs. Your thermal printer needs a 4×6 image. So you end up either printing on expensive A4 sheets and cutting them by hand, or spending ₹500/month on some random PDF tool that uploads your customer data to god-knows-where.

We built the Myntra Label Cropper because we were tired of hearing sellers complain about this exact thing. It takes your Myntra A4 label PDF, detects whether it has 1 or 4 labels per page, and splits each one into a clean PNG — sized perfectly for thermal printers. Done in under 2 seconds, no signup needed.

Works with all Myntra label formats. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere.

How it works

No account, no installation. Just three steps:

  1. Grab your label PDF from Myntra Partner Portal Go to Orders → select orders → download shipping labels. You'll get a standard A4 PDF.
  2. Drop it into the cropper Drag the PDF into the tool (or click to browse). It auto-detects the layout — single label, 2-up, or 4-up. Each label gets extracted as a high-res PNG.
  3. Download and print Grab labels one at a time, or download all as a ZIP. Open in your thermal printer software — they'll print at the right size without any resizing.

"I used to waste 20 minutes a day printing and cutting Myntra labels. Now it takes me 30 seconds. Genuinely wish I found this earlier."

— Priya S., Myntra seller (Jaipur)

Why not just use a generic PDF tool?

You can crop labels in Adobe Acrobat or some online converter. But here's why most Myntra sellers end up switching to GSTWali's cropper instead:

Works for all Myntra label formats

Whether your PDF has a single full-page label or the newer 4-up layout that Myntra sometimes generates — the tool handles both automatically. It also works great with multi-page PDFs when you're shipping 10, 20, or 50 orders at once. Each label gets its own file.

"We process 200+ Myntra orders daily. The bulk ZIP download saves us at least an hour of label prep time every single day."

— Ankit R., e-commerce operations manager (Delhi)

Common questions

How do I crop Myntra labels for a thermal printer?
Open the Myntra Label Cropper on GSTWali.in, drag-and-drop your shipping label PDF, and it'll auto-detect the layout and crop each label into a separate PNG. You can download them individually or as a ZIP — they're sized for standard 4×6 thermal printers.
Does it work with multi-label PDFs (4 labels per page)?
Yes. The tool auto-detects both single-label and 4-per-page A4 layouts. It splits them into individual labels with no manual configuration — just upload and it figures out the rest.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. The cropper runs entirely in your browser — your PDF file never gets uploaded to any server. All the processing happens locally on your device. We physically cannot access your label data.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The tool is completely free and works without any signup, login, or email verification. Just open it and start cropping.
What thermal printers does it work with?
The cropped PNG images work with any thermal label printer — TSC, Zebra, XPrinter, TVS, Brother, or any 4×6 / 80mm receipt printer. Just open the PNG in your printer software and print.
